Urinary Tract Infection

I am new to the site. I have a sudden onset of extreme pain at the tip of my penis when urinating. I have the natural feeling that I have to urinate and I can feel it start but then its like it hits the tip of my penis and cant come out. Horrible pain when it occurs. I does start come out but no stream. It almost comes out sideways or like something is obstructing it. The pain is horrible and only happens when I urinate. right after urination red blood drops appear as if the inside is bleeding. There is no blood while urinating and I have no other symptoms or pain. When a stream does partially start it looks like only 1 stream is making it out and the other is blocked. All blood and urine tests show no infections. Have been on antibiotics for the last week with no relief. I will see a urologist in a few days because they are all booked up. But the pain while urinating is enough to make a grown man cry, break out into sweat and almost vomit because the pain is so bad. The only other thing I noticed recently was twice when I was having sex, I would begin to ejaculate and then I began to urinate at the same time and could not control it. It did hurt afterwards but its as if I was ejaculating urine as well as semen. Any ideas?
