Undiagnosed Conditions

I definitely suffer from sleep paralysis just before i sleep about 3-4 times a week. I also get a strange
pulsing sound like a hum in my ears that reminds me that the paralysis as well as a shocking sensation(like electrocution)
is about to start. it is very distressing and affects me all day. any ideas what it is?

It sounds neurologic in origin like a small seizure. You need to get it investigated by a physician. If it is minor there are medications that should control it.

Small seizures manifest themselves in many ways. I can't say that I've seen or heard of something exactly as you describe. Just go see an MD and get it diagnosed. Asking the public about it is not going to get the correct answer or get it any treatment. You got my best guess with what you have offered. Git er done, so to speak.
