I am a 60 yr. old male who started andropause in mid 50’s. Thought I had some terrible disease, eventually found out what was wrong. I now get my own blood work done and work with Dr. via internet and inject myself. I work with a Co. in Fl. that provides my testosterone and my medical advice. It took about a month to get feeling like a man again. Tried gels and patched and never worked until started injectables. Congratulations!

Not only do I have PD and Testoterone Deficiency, but I suffer from Fibromyalgia Syndrome. I have learned to take control of my own progress, medications, and doctors. I have had to take charge of my own health. I report to no one but me. As you said, it's my body, I am responsible for the activity that involves it.

So many drs do not believe in Fibro. I have had to wade my way through so many idiots: the massage therapist who claims he can "cure" my Fibro (not only is he a qualified Massage therapist, but a good friend - he claims that I don't want him to massage me because he is gay - What nonsense)
The nutritionist who says to change my diet. The Accupuncturist who can hit me with a needle that will cure all - All total nonsense. Why would I want a massage therapist to do deep muscle massage on muscles that will only activate my pain. Why be injected by things that since no one knows the cause, how do they know what to hit with that needle?

I have taken charge of my body and my health

So should you. You know when you feel good. What foods make you feel bad, and what activities cause you to be a MAN. Know your body before you become too firm though. and once that is determined, go for it. Do what helps you. Avoid what does not

I wish you a lot of luck, but maintain your attitude. As far as I am concerned, it will work for you everytime
