HPV on Urethra question

Hi,

I had HPV warts removed from my urethra about 12 years ago. I had a cystoscopy this week and they are still gone. I have read on this site that the types that cause warts on the urethra are "high-risk". Does this mean I can develop urethral or penile cancer from the HPV? Several doctors say not to worry, but this information here is worrisome.
