I am a 37 yr old, had a total hysterectomy approx. 11 yrs. ago. I am trying to find out if I would benefit, benef , to add Progesterone to my HRT consists of Estrogen Testosterone. I have read it should be given Estrogen, am unsure of all benef of it. I mentioned it to my nurse, she advised me to look it up on various medical sites. Thanks any advice can give.

I would not add progesterone to your meds since you do not need it. There is no benefit and, as a matter of fact, it has some disadvantages.
