Infertility

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 2 1/2 years now. He is 26 years old and he was diagnosed as having maturation arrest after having a testicular biopsy in Feb. and not finding any viable sperm. He has had in the past 3-4 SA's with each finding 2000 inmature sperm and only 2-4 mature. His urologist has him on 25mg of Clomid once a day for 6-7months (He began his treatment in Feb.). His testosterone level has increased from 200 to 700 and his FsH level has doubled. Has anyone heard of sucess with this treatment?

My and my Hubby have been trying for 8 months till we recently found out that he has a low sperm count. On his last SA the reukts came back better yet he is still low. His Uro put him on 50 mg of Clomid. He never had TSH or any hormone issue. He is due back to do another SA (sperm analysis)in August. I do hope everything is better because my biological is ticking. Keep us updated, this is something thats very interesting to learn from and share.

I just wanted to updeat everyone on my husbands results...YES, clomid worked for my husband! Before starting it he didn't have enough sperm for us to have IVF and we now do! I happy to say that we will be doing IVF (ICSI) in November!
