21 with Erectile Dysfunction

Im 21 and I believe I have ED. I never have completely had sex the way I should be able to. I tried to have sex with my girlfriend for the first time when I was 18 and we couldn't. She was on top and it wouldn't get hard enough to penetrate. It was the most embarassing thing that I have ever had to go through. The same thing happened with my third girlfriend. I ended up having sex with her but just barely and it didn't last for longer than 30 seconds. I've meant to talk to someone about it but I just kept putting it off. Can anyone help?
