My husband & I have been together over 25 yr’s, have always had a great sex life. Your husband needs to see a urologist, and find out what the treatment options are. Apart from viagra, cialis - which can be ineffective with high blood pressure medications -- he can go for injections or even a penile implant. Don't give up. Stand by your man and support him.
