do you have any information about using venlafaxine for conduct disorder with or without ADHD?

I really don't. The company is looking into the effects of venlafaxine in ADHD due to some small studies indicating some good results mostly in adults. It is unclear as to whether it works but it looks to be promising. I know of no research conclusively demonstrating efficay with any medication in pure Conduct Disorder. I am aware of some positive studies with Depakote for a subgroup of these children. I am not aware of any research with venlafaxine in children with conduct disorder. I did a brief search and asked a company rep and could come up with no information.
